About the Sales Assistant Roles

As a Sales Assistant at Tough Team Investments Ltd, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and supporting our sales operations. Additionally, you will prepare quotations, follow up on client requests, and assist with marketing initiatives to promote our products and services.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in bid preparation and tender submission processes.
• Hands-on experience with the Electronic Government Procurement (E-GP) system for government tenders is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
