Sales & Marketing Officer – Love My Décor Event Studio
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Love My Décor Event Studio is a newly opened, modern event venue, ideal for weddings, corporate events, bridal showers, birthdays, and Chilanga Mulilo ceremonies. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to lead our sales and marketing efforts, drive bookings, and strengthen brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the venue and décor services.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and create engaging content to attract clients.
Identify and build relationships with event planners, photographers, and corporate clients.
Organize promotional campaigns, open house events, and other brand activations.
Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports and monitor performance metrics.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in events, hospitality, or creative industries.
Strong digital marketing, content creation, and social media management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Proactive, results-oriented, and highly creative.
