Job description
About Us:
Kalis College of Science and Technology is a growing institution committed to providing quality education and practical skills to empower students for successful careers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to help increase student enrollment and promote our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new students.
Promote the college’s programs through school visits, events, social media, and community outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with secondary schools, parents, and other stakeholders.
Conduct presentations and career guidance sessions to prospective students.
Manage digital marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
Meet and exceed student enrollment targets.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment and marketing activities.
Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (experience in an educational institution is an added advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in social media marketing and basic computer skills.
