We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive the continued success and growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive market penetration.
Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve company objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and product launches to ensure they align with brand strategy.
Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets.
Report on sales performance and recommend actionable strategies to improve results.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
