*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* 

– Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share. 

– Identify and target new business opportunities within earth-moving, civil construction, and concrete sectors. 

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. 

– Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team to achieve set goals. 

– Coordinate promotional activities, advertising, and brand positioning. 

– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions 

– Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management 

*QUALIFICATIONS:* 

– Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within earth-moving equipment, construction, or related industries. 

– Strong understanding of civil construction, equipment sales, and concrete products. 

– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

– Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. 

– Relevant qualifications in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
