Sales and Marketing manager

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and build strategic partnerships. This role combines commercial leadership with social impact, supporting growth initiatives for Mwabu and its sister companies.

The role is full-time working from the Mwabu offices in State Lodge.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive sales growth across government, donor, NGO, and private sector markets

· Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

· Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations

· Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies across the Mwabu Group

· Strengthen Mwabu’s brand positioning as a leader in rural EdTech solutions

· Represent Mwabu at stakeholder meetings, conferences, and industry events

· Lead and support the sales and marketing teams across the Group

· Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and report on business results

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in similar position
