Job description
Key Responsibilities
Be able to sale.
Promote and sell oil products and services to new and existing clients
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company,
Participate in promotional activities, expos, campaigns and show tangible results
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive fuel and lubricant sales.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure efficient customer service and account management.
Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Atleast 2 years of proven experience or strong motivation to meet targets.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil or related industry
Demonstrates outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity for effective teamwork.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of the Zambian Oil market environment and current changes will be an added advantage
Must be environmentally cautious of the effects of petroleum products on the environment
Must be a member of the Zambia Institute Marketing (mandatory)
