Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ICT and building technology space
Promote and sell company products and services (CCTV, access control, BMS, networking, etc.)
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field
Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in sales and marketing (preferably in ICT or security systems)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of technology solutions (an added advantage)
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license is an added advantage

Ability to close deals and drive revenue
