Role Overview: Sales and Marketing Assistant Jobs in Lusaka

This position is ideal for a recent graduate with an interest in education, sales, and marketing. The successful candidate will manage daily kiosk operations, engage with customers, and support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at the East Park Mall kiosk, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized environment
• Assist customers in selecting educational products and explain their learning benefits
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses
• Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media and messaging apps
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Engage with schools, teachers, and parents to foster community relationships
• Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and marketing activities

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus; comfortable with social media usage; basic skills in Canva or graphic content creation are advantageous.
• Attributes: Honest, reliable, independent worker; friendly and confident; self-motivated with a creative mindset; passionate about education and child development; comfortable speaking on camera and producing content.
• Location: Must reside within Lusaka, preferably within one public bus stop from East Park Mall.
