Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the daily management, training and performance assessment of the sales team.

Formulate and implement sales plans to achieve the company’s sales targets. Develop new markets, build up and maintain sales channels and partner resources. Instruct sales staff to carry out marketing promotion activities so as to boost sales performance. Analyze sales data, propose improvement solutions and continuously optimize sales workflows. Coordinate and resolve problems occurring in the sales process to improve the overall operational efficiency of the team. Complete other work assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.

Over two years of sales management experience; experience in FMCG, finance, telecommunications or other related industries is a plus.

Possess excellent abilities in team management, communication coordination and market expansion.

Mandatory requirement:

-Manage team

– Skilled in using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

-Proactive at work with a strong sense of responsibility and able to withstand certain work pressure.

-Candidates holding a valid driving license with independent driving ability are preferred.

Mandatory requirement:

the workplace will be based in Lusaka at the initial stage, and the incumbent must accept business trips or long-term postings across Zambia in the later period.
