JOB OPPORTUNITY: RECEPTIONIST

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors, answer phone enquiries and assist with general school information.
• Manage incoming and outgoing school communications, including mail, emails and notices.
• Maintain organised filing systems, learner records and front-desk registers.
• Support administration with clerical duties, appointment scheduling and fee-enquiry redirection.
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, orderly and representative of school standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative assistance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Professional demeanour, strong organisational skills and a welcoming personality.
