Job description

<h3>Internal Vacancy: Hub Strategic Information Officer – 3 Positions</h3><p>Right to Care Zambia is recruiting for Mpika, Chinsali and Luwingu districts.</p><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health or a related field.</li><li>At least three years’ relevant experience, including one year supporting HIV data quality.</li><li>At least two years’ experience with Ministry of Health data, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis and reporting.</li><li>At least three years’ SmartCare experience.</li><li>Quality-improvement data-use experience and at least two years’ health-sector data collection and entry experience.</li></ul><h3>Added Advantages</h3><ul><li>Training in monitoring and evaluation or DHIS.</li><li>HIV programme knowledge, postgraduate training and strong computer literacy.</li><li>Four years or more of relevant experience.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Strengthen monitoring and evaluation tools and facility data accuracy.</li><li>Verify partner reports and maintain databases, reports and graphs.</li><li>Support DHIS2 and Action HIV data synchronisation.</li><li>Provide feedback and help teams implement data-quality action plans.</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>Send your application to <strong>Vacancy24@righttocare.org</strong>.</p><p><strong>Closing date: 21 August 2026.</strong></p>
