Job description
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) – the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States – is seeking proposals from qualified and reputable consultants or consultancy firms to support a Knowledge, Attitudes and Practice (KAP) Survey under the Mayi na Mwana II Maternal and Newborn Child Health (MNCH) project in Eastern Province. The consultant will be responsible for:
1. Recruiting 20 enumerators,
2. Managing survey field activities,
3. Supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting.
The assignment will be implemented in the districts of Petauke, Katete, Chipangali, Lusangazi, and Sinda. Consultants must demonstrate strong experience in quantitative and qualitative research, particularly in health or MNCH programs, and the ability to recruit enumerators locally.

Proposal submissions must be sent to the same email address with the subject line ‘KAP Survey under Mayi Na Mwana” no later than 2nd June 2025 at 17:00hrs local time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
