Job description
Ciheb Zambia is a non-profit, local Zambian organization supporting the Ministry of Health to scale up comprehensive HIV prevention and testing services, and to find the best solutions to life-threatening situations among communities in Zambia, including addressing global health security issues.
Ciheb Zambia invites qualified individual consultants and firms to submit technical and financial proposals for the restoration of its DHIS2 Tracker platform. This is a competitive, open solicitation; all responsive and eligible proposals received by the closing date will be considered.
Assignment Summary
The consultant will diagnose and restore Ciheb Zambia’s DHIS2 Tracker platform – fixing broken program configuration, auditing and correcting program rules, cleaning up data integrity issues (duplicates, orphaned records), and leaving the system fully documented and handed over.

Eligibility
Individual consultants or firms with demonstrated experience in DHIS2 Tracker configuration, program rules development, and database integrity/data quality remediation.
