The Role at a Glance
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Probation Period: 3 Months
Remuneration (Probation): Purely Commission-based
Remuneration (Post-Probation): K1,000 Base Salary + Commission (Based on performance review)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
Present and promote our solutions to prospective customers via virtual meetings and digital channels.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer interactions.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends and customer needs.
