Zambezi Drone Academy is a premier institution dedicated to training and certifying remote pilots for Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) operations. We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Remote Pilot License (RPL) Instructor to join our team and help shape the future of drone piloting in Zambia.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theoretical and practical training in RPAS operations.
Assess students’ flight competency and theoretical knowledge.
Ensure compliance with ZCAA regulations in all training activities.
Maintain training records and submit certification reports.
Promote flight safety and risk management best practices.

Requirements:

Valid RPAS Instructor Rating recognized by ZCAA.
Approval from the Chief Instructor for training and lectures.
Proven experience in drone operations and aviation training.
Strong communication and instructional skills.
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and compliance.
