Job description

MC-Zambia is a registered NGO in Zambia under the NGO Act of 2009 with certificate No. DRNGO 101/1385/2020 and an affiliate of MCW Global. Our vision is to promote quality education, improved health, and enhanced economic security. We work with marginalized rural and peri-urban fishing communities, empowering them to lead their own development while partnering with civil society organizations aligned with our mission. Our Mission is focused on addressing the community’s pressing needs by empowering current leaders and readying leaders for tomorrow. 

MC-Zambia is seeking proposals from qualified and interested companies to register as suppliers for the period 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026.

LOT 1: Travel & Car Hire Services, Air Flight Services, Freight and Local Office Removal

LOT 2: Hospitality Services (Lusaka, Kafue, Chirundu)

LOT 3: ICT Services (ICT Supply, repairs, and maintenance)

LOT 4: Consultancy Services

LOT 5: Supply of Office Stationery & Printing Services

LOT 6: Supply of Medical Supplies / Consumables and Equipment

LOT 7: Supply of Office Furniture (tables, chairs, filing cabinets, shelves, etc.)

LOT 8: Insurance Services (health insurance, motor vehicles, and asset insurance)

LOT 9: Security Services (Kafue, Chanyanya) – Manned Security

LOT 10: General Trading – office repairs, vehicle auctioneering, etc.

LOT 11: Advertising, Media, Video, and Photography services.

REQUIREMENTS

All requirements are clearly listed in the main advertisement.

Terms and Conditions

1. Current Suppliers and contractors must re-apply. Existing suppliers who do not reapply will cease to be on MC-Zambia suppliers list.

2. Only successful organizations will be notified after preliminary evaluation and due diligence/site visits will be conducted by authorized MC-Zambia staff.

3. Interested vendors / suppliers should submit soft copies in one document with clearly labelled categories – “LOTS”

4. Interested vendors can request for a copy from MC-Zambia email address mczambia@mcglobal.org

5. Applicants should send their company profiles clearly stating the physical address, telephone lines, valid email address, Copy of TPIN, valid tax clearance certificate, certificates of registration/ incorporation, proof of past & current trade references and all relevant statutory documents for the business in a single document.

6. The closing date of submission of applications is Friday, December 31st, 2025,at 17:00 hours CAT. Any submissions made after this date will not be considered.
