Job description
Invitation for Pre-qualification of vendors/suppliers
Tender No: SGL/SUPPLIER/REGISTRATION/2025/2026
Stewards Globe Limited (SGL) whose brand name is AFRISEED, is a diversified Agricultural Zambian Seed Company. Since 2011, the company has been producing and marketing improved seed varieties of cereal (maize, rice and sorghum), legume (groundnut, soy bean, cowpea, beans and pigeon pea), oil (sunflower) and forage crop seeds.
SGL is inviting applications from well-established, reputable companies to register as suppliers of goods, works and services for 2025/2026 in the following categories:
To be considered for pre-qualification, applicants should include the following documents in their applications;
• Company Profile clearly stating physical address, phone number and valid email address.
• Copy of VAT certificate/Tax clearance
• Copy of Certificate of Registration / Incorporation
• Payment terms
• Company Bank reference and Bank details with recent bank statements (3 months).
• Certificate from National Council for Construction – NCC (for contractors in construction)
• PACRA
• For I.T. services, Suppliers should show proof of being accredited as either support centres or solution providers for well-known brands such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple and the like.
• All vendors currently supplying goods/services to SGL must apply with all documentation attached as mentioned above.
SGL shall contact only short-listed and successful applicants for business.

Mode of submission:
All completed applications must be marked clearly as “Registration of suppliers for 2025/2026”, the category being applied for. Physical copies should be dropped off in a tender box marked “Registration of Suppliers and Contractors 2025/2026” at the address below on or before Monday, 27th October, 2025 by 16:00hrs and addressed to the Procurement Officer as below.
