WaterAid Zambia operates in Lusaka, Southern, and Western Provinces, supporting communities to achieve sustainable improvements in quality of life through enhanced domestic water supply, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
WaterAid Zambia hereby invites applications from established, reputable, and legally registered business entities to be considered for inclusion on its Supplier Database for the provision of goods, works, and services for a period of two (2) years, from April 2026 to March 2028.
Please note: Under each category, a maximum of ten (10) suppliers will be selected, subject to meeting WaterAid Zambia’s evaluation and due diligence requirements.

Customs clearing and forwarding services
Hotels, lodges, and accommodation services
Courier and express delivery services
Printing, publishing, branding, and promotional materials
Insurance services (vehicles, office assets, and general insurance)
Travel agency and ticketing services
Car hire and fleet management services
Advertising services (Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line)

G. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Interested applicants must submit the following documents:
Company profile
Copy of Certificate of Registration or Incorporation
Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (ZRA), where applicable
For Category C suppliers:
Valid WARMA registration for drilling companies
Valid NCC registration for contractors
Valid EIZ registration for engineering firms
Bank reference letter and bank account details
Physical business address, telephone numbers, and email address
IMPORTANT NOTES
Registration on the Supplier Database does not guarantee automatic award of business.
All procurement will be conducted in accordance with WaterAid Zambia’s procurement policies and procedures, including competitive bidding, evaluation, and due diligence processes.
No registration or application fees are required or expected from any bidder.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Completed applications must be deposited in the tender box at the WaterAid Zambia Lusaka Office by close of business on 09 March 2026.
