Application Requirements
To apply, please submit the following documents:
Company profile (clearly indicating physical address, names and contact numbers and email addresses of key company directors, and official email address)
Valid copies of certificate of registration and incorporation
Valid ZRA tax registration and tax clearance certification
Proof of at least 2 Recent trade references
PACRA Registration (Print out)
Fully filled in Supplier Registration Form
For IT-related goods and services, proof of accreditation as support centres or solution providers for companies.
