Accent Innovations Group Limited seeks to recruit a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join its team with immediate effect.

The ideal candidate should be courteous, well-spoken, and highly organized, with the ability to manage front-office responsibilities while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails appropriately
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a neat, professional office environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, scheduling, and record keeping
  • Manage office supplies and assist with procurement of routine office requirements
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other basic documents as assigned
  • Support management and staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and electronic records
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments when required

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Added Advantage

  • Experience in front office management or office administration
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or office support systems
  • Ability to use office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems
