Accent Innovations Group Limited seeks to recruit a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join its team with immediate effect.

The ideal candidate should be courteous, well-spoken, and highly organized, with the ability to manage front-office responsibilities while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Receive and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails appropriately
Manage the reception area and maintain a neat, professional office environment
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveries
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, scheduling, and record keeping
Manage office supplies and assist with procurement of routine office requirements
Prepare letters, reports, and other basic documents as assigned
Support management and staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and electronic records
Coordinate meetings and appointments when required

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Added Advantage

Experience in front office management or office administration
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or office support systems
Ability to use office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems
