At Rentons we are seeking a highly motivated person to Conduct property and Land Sales in Mkushi, inspections and prepare Real Estate Sales Officer with a positive attitude, willingness to sale small holdings plots in mkushi and meet sales Targets.

Conduct property viewings and faciltate the organisation transactions on behalf of clients

REQUIREMENTS

Prepare and review contracts, agreements, sales mandate for Mkushi plots and other legal documents
Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate
Proficiency in MS Office
Coordinate property marketing activities including online listings and advertising
Previous experience in Sales and Marketing , valuation, real estate sales
Assist with Property Management tasks, such leasing or property management is preferred
Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and as tenant screening, rent collection and industry standards property maintenance coordination
Perform administrative duties including data
Knowledge of Real Estate industry practices in Zambia entry, file management
Excellent organisational and time management and client correspondence abilities
Ability to prioritise work assignments to meet deadlines
Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
