Job description
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documentation.
Conduct material and labor cost analysis.
Evaluate contractor and subcontractor work for payment certification.
Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
Participate in site visits and measurements to support valuation and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficient in standard QS software and MS Office.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Must be familiar with local building standards and contractual procedures.
