Quality Supervisor

KEDA Zambia Ceramics is currently looking to recruit for a qualified Quality Supervisor

 to assist the Zambian ceramics factory in developing new products, through market information collection and sales summaries, better assist the factory in successfully

launching new products, creating blockbuster products, and achieving the various targets of the product department.

Key Responsibilities

Comply with all company rules and regulations and respect management.
Follow work assignment and take responsibility for tasks
Set high standard individually, and complete departmental duties on time
 Co-operate with leadership to ensure daily work compliance and Conduct inspections for labor discipline, safety production, and 6S at the site
Responsible for guiding emplovees to improve operational skills and ensure safe production:
 conduct factory orientation training for new hires and strictly implement all management systems
Training for new employees, and conscientiously implement and publicize the company’s various management systems.
 Assist in handling various personnel tasks within the department and supervise the work of the staff and access the work of the staff
Supervise whether each post is executed according to the SOP content
 Check products regularly. Send reports to check the quality of products regularly, find and solve problems in time
Report unsolved challenges to Chinese Manager and complete the temporary work assigned by the department.

Required Experience and Qualifications

University Degree
 More than 3 years industry experience
 Proficient in Computer Operation (MS Package)
Possess strong team management
Able to assist quality managers in completing internal training for quality department staff
Conduct performance evaluations & daily work arrangements
 Possess strong team management ability
