Job description
We are inviting suitably qualified and motivated individuals to submit their CVs for consideration for the following position:
Quality Assurance Staff
Key Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Highly observant and detail-oriented
Computer literacy
Proactive and able to work independently
Willingness to work shifts is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer interactions across various platforms to ensure quality and compliance.
Monitor live chats.
Collaborate with support and technical teams to highlight trends and recommend process enhancements
Assist in maintaining internal QA standards.
