Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Development Manager to lead and oversee a property project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the development of the estate from concept to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project design, planning approvals, and implementation.
Manage contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the estate.
Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and ensure project profitability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Provide regular progress reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years’ proven experience in real estate development, housing, or construction management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including government authorities, contractors, and clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
