We are seeking a Projects Assistant who can transform vision into reality and ensure every corner of our apartments radiates sophistication. This is not just a job – it is an opportunity to leave your mark on Zambia’s newest benchmark in luxury living.
Your Role:
As Projects Assistant, you will be the driving force behind the creation and maintenance of our high-end apartments. You will work closely with the founder and site directors, translating bespoke designs into tangible experiences for our residents. Your work will span interiors, furniture, artwork, and outdoor landscapes, all while upholding uncompromising standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute interior and exterior design plans with precision, ensuring every detail aligns with luxury standards.
Lead, coordinate, and supervise skilled artisans, contractors, and tradespeople.
Maintain and improve processes that guarantee consistent quality across all properties.
Collaborate directly with the founder and site leadership to realise strategic visions.
Thrive in diverse work environments, engaging seamlessly with multiple industries and specialist craftsmen.
Deliver results under tight deadlines while never compromising on detail.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in project management, luxury hospitality, high-end property, or interior design.
Exceptional attention to detail – if you don’t instinctively understand what this means, please do not apply.
Demonstrated ability to manage artisans, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Action-oriented with a history of delivering projects on schedule and to luxury standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.
Traceable references from previous supervisors confirming your expertise and professionalism.
