Heartlands Best is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Broiler Production Supervisor with solid experience in open-sided broiler houses. This role is for a proven performer and not for someone learning on the job.
Key Requirements
3–5 years’ proven experience in broiler production.
Direct experience working with open-sided broiler houses.
Experience managing placements of 5,000–10,000 birds per production cycle.
Proven performance in achieving:
Competitive Production Efficiency Factor (PEF)
Target Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR)
Expected market weights and daily gains
Excellent stockmanship and bird observation skills.
Strong hands-on leadership and staff supervision skills.
Verifiable references linked to past performance.
