Job description

National Milling Corporation Limited, is a reputable multinational company specialised in the manufacturing of various flour, mealie meal, stock feeds, and trades in rice and other products wishes to engage highly motivated staff to fill its vacant postions as follows:

PRODUCTION INVENTORY OFFICER: LUSAKA

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the prodution inventory within Stock feeds Mill department comprising received / released raw materials stock, various products packaging materials and finished products ensuring accruracy, efficency and cost effectiveness. Track inventory levels in collaboration with the assigned production team. Implement inventory control systems ensuring to optimise processes and avoid stock outs or excess. Ensure to maintain accurate records of all items in the production inventory, stock level movement and location. Generate reports on inventory levels, stock outs and other relevant metrics to track performance and further ensure to identify areas for improvement.

Qualification:

Full grade (12) School certificate, ACCA level 2, CIMA advanced diploma, ZICA Advanced level or its equivalent with (3) years previous work experience in such a similar role and should be a full member of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants with the ability to manage and maintain a large amount of information and accurate records. Full knowledge of the supply chain and how it impacts inventory will be an added advantage.
