Production Foreman

Job Title:       Production Foreman                                   

 Reports to:    Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

·        Oversee the day-to-day operations of the re-tread floor.

·        Manage production workflow to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

·        Maintain high standards of re-tread quality and safety.

·        Supervise staff and ensure productivity and discipline are maintained.

·        Monitor machinery, equipment, and maintenance schedules.

·        Reduce waste, improve efficiencies, and optimize production output. 

·        Track production performance and report on operational KPIs.

·        Assist with stock control and material management.

·        Work closely with management to improve factory performance and profitability.

Minimum Requirements

·        G12 School Certificate & Diploma in production processes.

·        EIZ practicing certificate & previous experience in either operations, production lines, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.

·        Leadership and people management skills.

·        Good understanding of production processes and operational planning.

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

·        Mechanically minded with good problem-solving abilities.

·        Strong organizational and communication skills.

·        Computer literacy and basic reporting ability will be an advantage.

·        Valid driver’s license preferred.
