Key Responsibilities for Production Foreman Jobs in Lusaka

• Manage day-to-day production activities on the re-tread floor to meet targets and deadlines.

• Ensure consistent quality of re-tread products while adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor machinery, equipment condition, and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Implement waste reduction strategies and improve production efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Grade 12 School Certificate and a Diploma in production processes.
• Valid EIZ practicing certificate with proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or production lines within industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of production workflows and operational planning.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure to meet production goals.
• Mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and reporting skills are advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
