About the Production Baker Role

As a Production Baker at Pretty Baked, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation and baking of a variety of desserts, breads, cakes, and pastries. This hands-on position requires an organised and consistent approach to ensure quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the production process. The role demands the ability to work independently while adhering to established recipes and production standards.

Working days for this part-time position are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in producing a range of desserts, bread, cakes, and pastries to meet order requirements
• Accurately prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes
• Consistently follow production processes to maintain product quality
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen environment
• Support packaging and preparation of products for delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in baking or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to efficiently perform repetitive production tasks with attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently following instructions
