Job description
PRODUCT SUPPORT OFFICER VACANCY
Shepco Industrial Supplies Ltd. is seeking to engage a qualified, experienced, and results-driven Electrician to join our dynamic team in Kitwe, Zambia as a PRODUCT SUPPORT OFFICER.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified Electrician with minimum 2 years’ experience (preferably in a workshop setting).
- Sales and marketing qualification (added advantage).
- EIZ certification or working towards attaining it.
- Clean light vehicle driving licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong ethical and moral values.
- Must be located in or around Kitwe, Zambia.
