OVERALL PURPOSE
The Product Specialist – Mobile Money is responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and performance of mobile money products and services. The role supports the commercial and technical teams by providing expert knowledge of mobile financial services, ensuring products meet customer needs, market demands, and business objectives.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 School Certificate ,Bachelor’s degree in business admin, IT, marketing or any relevant field
Professional Registration: ZIM
Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in digital financial services, fintech, or telecom product management
Key Skills: Deep understanding of mobile money ecosystems, agent networks, and digital product lifecycles. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
