Role Overview: Product Commercial Intern

We are seeking motivated and curious graduates for product commercial intern jobs in Lusaka to join our Commercial Team at our Head Office. This internship provides hands-on experience in commercial operations and business development within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding & Activation: Support onboarding of customers, assist with transactions, and collaborate with teams to enhance user adoption and customer experience.
• Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct research in sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, and FMCG; identify business opportunities and target markets; compile insights to inform commercial strategies.
• Pipeline Development & Sales Support: Help build and maintain sales pipelines, support lead generation and follow-ups, and contribute to business development and partner engagement.
• Learning & Development: Gain practical exposure to commercial operations, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop skills in market intelligence, sales processes, and fintech products.

Candidate Requirements

• Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
• Recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• No prior work experience required.
