Title: Procurement Specialist

OVERALL PURPOSE
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods, services, and materials required by Zamtel Money. This role ensures that procurement activities are carried out in a timely, cost-effective, and ethical manner while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 School certificate of equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Professional Registration: CPSM / CPP / CIPS certification ,Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and supply
Minimum Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role
Key Skills: Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa). Familiarity with contract law, sourcing strategies, and procurement best practices.
