Hiring: Procurement Specialist

Are you a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with a keen eye for sourcing quality products and preparing winning tender documents? We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring efficient and strategic procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and source quality products from reliable suppliers
Prepare and submit professional and compliant tender documents
Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement
Conduct market research and analysis to optimize sourcing strategies
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
Monitor and manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
Collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs and deadlines

Requirements:

Proven experience in sourcing products and preparing tender documents
Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and tendering processes
Excellent negotiation and contract management skill
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office software
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSP) is an added advantage
