As part of this growth, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and dedicated Primary and
Preschool Teachers to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic educators to teach in our Preschool (Early Years) and Primary School
(Grades 1-7). The ideal candidates will be committed to creating engaging, student-centered
learning experiences and fostering an inclusive and dynamic classroom environment.

Preschool Teachers (Early Years) – Must have experience in Montessori teaching methods,
promoting hands-on, child-led learning.

Primary School Teachers (Grades 1-7) – Must be proficient in delivering the Cambridge
International Curriculum, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and inquiry-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Preschool Teachers:

Implement Montessori teaching principles, fostering independent learning through hands-
on activities.
Create a nurturing, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
Observe and assess children’s development, providing individualized learning experiences.
Promote practical life skills, sensory exploration, and social-emotional growth.

Primary School Teachers:

Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
• Develop engaging learning activities that encourage problem-solving, collaboration, and
curiosity.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Maintain a student-centered learning environment that encourages confidence and critical
thinking.

For Both Roles:

Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning space.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students’ academic and personal growth.
Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with best teaching
practices.
Contribute to extracurricular programs and school activities.

Requirements

Preschool Teachers (Montessori Method):
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (Montessori training is essential).
Experience teaching in a Montessori setting with a strong understanding of its principles.
Passion for child-led, hands-on learning.

Primary School Teachers (Cambridge Curriculum):

Bachelor’s degree in Education (or related field).
Experience teaching the Cambridge International Curriculum in a primary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills and ability to differentiate instruction.

For Both Roles:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
Commitment to student-centered learning and holistic education.
Experience in an international or multicultural school environment is an advantage.
