Position: Power Electrician
Company: Goldenlay Agri. Ltd
Location: Luanshya, Zambia
Goldenlay Agri Ltd is the largest producer, supplier, and distributor of table eggs in Zambia, with a brand recognized and trusted by both retailers and consumers nationwide. We are seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Power Electricians X 2
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Diagnosing electrical problems using diagrams or blueprints.
Installing and repairing electrical systems.
Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
Inspecting and troubleshooting electrical components.
Conducting system tests and identifying faults using various testing devices.
Planning layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Adhering to all safety standards and regulations during work operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) “O” Levels, including English and Mathematics.
Craft Certificate in Power Electrical or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be a fully paid-up member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
