POULTRY SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise daily poultry farm operations, including feeding, watering, and monitoring flock health.

Maintain proper bio-security and hygiene standards within the poultry houses.

Oversee vaccination, treatment, and medication schedules.

Record production data such as feed consumption, mortality, and egg or bird output.

Supervise farm workers and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, ventilation, lighting).

Report daily farm performance to the Farm Manager.

Assist in planning and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Diploma or Certificate in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in poultry management (broilers or layers).

Good understanding of poultry nutrition, disease control, and bio-security.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a team.
