About Kison Studio
Kison Studio is a creative production company based in Northmead, Lusaka, focused on delivering high-quality video and photography content. From filming to final delivery, all work is done in-house by our dedicated creative team using our own tools and systems.
We’re now looking for a talented Post-Production Specialist to join our studio. If you’re passionate about editing, have a sharp eye for visual storytelling, and want to be part of a tight-knit production team — we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Edit video and photo content for various client projects, including commercials, corporate videos, events, and social media content.
Color correct and grade video footage to match the desired mood, tone, or brand style.
Retouch and enhance photos for final delivery, ensuring high-quality results.
Add sound design, music, voiceovers, and graphics to complete video projects.
Organize and manage media assets, including project files, backups, and archives.
Maintain post-production workflows, ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
Collaborate closely with the creative and production team to ensure edits align with client expectations and project briefs.
Keep up to date with post-production trends, tools, and techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.
Support in creating content for internal promotions and passive income projects (e.g., stock footage, educational clips).
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in video editing and photo retouching.
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, sound design, and color grading.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinking and the ability to take feedback constructively.
A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
