POS Auditor

Job description

Jubaili Agrotec Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical POS Auditor to join our team. If you have a passion for auditing, financial reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of company Points of Sale (POS).
• Reconcile customer statements, sales statements, invoices, cash collections, and other financial records.
• Verify compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and prepare audit reports with recommendations.
• Verify stock movements, transfers, returns, and cash handling procedures.
• Visit customers to confirm account balances and transaction records.
• Travel extensively to branches and customer locations to perform field audits.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Stores, and Operations to strengthen internal controls.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a POS Auditor (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of audit principles, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Honest, professional, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Zambia.
