Job Description:
Grand Tripod Engineering Limited is seeking a Plumber & Electrician to join our team at the crusher plant site in Mumbwa District. The successful candidate will handle general plumbing and electrical maintenance works at the plant site.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain water piping and drainage systems.
Perform electrical wiring, lighting, and basic circuit repairs.
Conduct routine checks on systems and perform preventive maintenance.
Ensure all plumbing and electrical works meet safety standards.
Support site operations through general maintenance tasks.
Work under minimal supervision and report to the Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform gas welding (oxy-acetylene welding) on plant equipment and structures
Assist in repairs and maintenance tasks as directed
Ensure all welding work meets safety and quality standards
Work in outdoor, dusty, and high-temperature conditions
Requirements:
Experience in both plumbing and electrical installation or maintenance.
Familiarity with construction or industrial site environments is an added advantage.
Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor and camp settings.
Must be reliable, honest, and a team player.
Priority will be given to candidates already residing in or near Mumbwa.
