**Job Opportunity: Plumber**

**Mungwi Park Gardens – Lusaka, Zambia**

Mungwi Park Gardens, a premier residential estate known for its serene environment and modern amenities, is seeking a skilled and reliable **Plumber** to join our maintenance team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems.

– Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls (leaks, blockages, burst pipes).

– Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on water supply and sanitation systems.

– Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.

– Collaborate with the maintenance team on upgrades and renovations.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum **Grade 12 Certificate**; a **Craft Certificate in Plumbing** from a recognized institution is required.

– At least **3 years of hands-on plumbing experience**, preferably in residential or commercial properties.

– Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage, and sanitation.

– Ability to work independently and under pressure.

– Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

– Must reside in or near Lusaka (Mungwi area preferred).
