Loaders and Cashiers / Customer Service Assistants

Job description

Platinum Courier Services is seeking to recruit 45 loaders and 50 cashiers/customer service assistants throughout Zambia.

Positions
– Loaders: 45 positions
– Cashiers / Customer Service Assistants: 50 positions

We are looking for motivated and skilled candidates who are prepared to contribute meaningfully to the organization.

Skills
– Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in English and a commonly spoken local language.
– Highly organized, punctual, and professional demeanor.
– Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative in problem-solving.
– Experience in customer service roles such as customer care, direct sales, or relationship management.
– Proficient computer skills.
– Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
– Empathetic, patient, and capable of working effectively under pressure.

Qualifications
– Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate is required for loader positions.
– A minimum of a Diploma is required for cashiers and customer service assistants.
– Business and accounting courses are an added advantage.
– A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role is mandatory.
