Role Overview for Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Jobs in Lusaka

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will combine strong sales skills with medical knowledge to build lasting relationships with healthcare providers and drive business growth within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Levant Biotech’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to support business expansion.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and increase market share within designated territories.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training to healthcare providers to ensure optimal usage.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Medicine, or a related medical field.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories in Lusaka and Copperbelt.
