Accent Innovations Group Limited seeks to recruit a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to join its team with immediate effect.

The ideal candidate should be intelligent, discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires excellent coordination skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and executive support to the CEO
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other official documents
  • Screen calls, emails, and visitors on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
  • Coordinate internal and external communication for the CEO’s office
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely execution
  • Support the CEO in managing strategic and day-to-day operational matters
  • Liaise with staff, clients, partners, and stakeholders in a professional manner

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting senior management or executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Experience working in a corporate or executive office environment
  • Ability to prepare reports, meeting briefs, and professional correspondence
  • Familiarity with office coordination, travel planning, and executive scheduling
