We are growing rapidly and seeking a Personal Assistant to the Sales Manager to help us maintain strong relationships and grow our customer base in Kitwe and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies in Kitwe.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat sales.
Negotiate and close HVAC contracts in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
Prepare, update, and submit accurate sales reports.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
Valid driving license is an added advantage.

What We Offer:
Basic Salary: K3,000 (before commissions)
Commission-Based Incentives: Average monthly commission between K1,500 – K3,000

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Sales Manager to provide dedicated support in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and helping achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in managing and following up with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Coordinate meetings, sales appointments, and communications between the Sales Manager and clients.
Track sales leads, prepare quotations, and assist in negotiating and closing HVAC contracts.
Maintain organized sales records, generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
Support the identification of new business opportunities within Kitwe and surrounding areas.
Monitor progress on sales targets and alert the manager to priority action points.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, including document preparation and filing.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or client support role.
Proven track record of supporting or contributing to successful sales outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
