Are you a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented pastry chef looking to showcase your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment? Lolebezi Safari Lodge seeks a talented Pastry Chef to join our Kitchen and lead the creation of exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight and inspire.
What You’ll Do:
Design and execute a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked treats.
Manage inventory and cost control for pastry ingredients.
Maintain impeccable hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards
Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate and elevate offerings
What We’re Looking For:
Certification in food production.
At least 2-3 years proven experience as a pastry chef.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating styles
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the art of pastry
Excellent time management and organizational skills
